Vincent is a self-taught artist born in Maldon Essex, he was educated at Thurstable School in Tiptree where his paintings were first exhibited as a young teenager. More recently his work has been displayed in prestigious galleries in London, Essex, Suffolk and South West England.
Vincent has developed a passion for painting seascapes after living in Newquay Cornwall in his early twenties. The main medium for his work is oil. He has recently moved back to Cornwall with his partner Jane & their dog Stella to the town of Wadebridge, where he has a purpose built studio/gallery adjacent to his home which overlooks the River Camel & the Camel Trail. He can often be found walking the costal paths around the North Cornish coast where he finds his inspiration.
He was fortunate enough to meet HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, when they were visiting Vincent’s local public house in Essex before his recent move to Cornwall, where some of his paintings were being exhibited, he had a very long in-depth conversation with HRH Prince Charles about his art and living in Cornwall, a very special moment.
Vincent has Solo Exhibitions at the Padstow Institute, Padstow, Cornwall every year, dates can be found on the Events page
Several of the paintings are available as Limited Edition prints. Reference to these are defined on the website.
