I was looking for a painting for my girlfriend’s birthday. I couldn’t find anything that would nail what she wanted but Vince’s existing art was close. So, I reached out to him and asked if we could commission a painting. From our first conversation, Vince was really helpful and informative. He explained the whole process and then kept us up to date with the progress by sending photos and was happy to make any changes we wanted. Not that we needed to make any since Vince understood my vague description perfectly and created an amazing stormy seascape painting. The painting now proudly decorates our living room. It looks stunning and we couldn’t be happier about it! Similarly, I couldn’t recommend Vince highly enough. Thank you so much!

This is our second purchase with Vince. On this occasion we asked Vince to paint a commission ‘Gale Force Sennen’ This painting is amazing & transports me to the place we love most every time I look at it. Viewing his paintings is mesmerising photos do not do them justice. Have just brought our commission home it is fabulous & draws you to walk into the waves. Finance warning! Stumbled across Vince and his amazing seascapes and just had to buy “Simmering Sea, Constantine. Delivered in excellent condition within 2 days of purchase and it now hangs proudly in our living room. My wife summed what the picture brings with her “ I look at the sea in the picture and I am at the beach” comment. A Cornish boy who misses the ocean is now a little happier. I have just received ‘Evening Glow’ and I’m bowled over. I cannot quite believe I have such a beautiful work of art in my home. It’s truly amazing how Vince captures the movement of the sea – when I look at the painting it’s like I can almost hear the waves as they travel to the shore.

Just collected our Constantine Bay commissioned painting from Vincent. I have not been able to compare any seascape artist to Peter Coslett until we came across Vincent’s work. Purchased a Treyarnon Bay print in 2021 and now this piece and I can’t stop looking at it.

Chapel Porth Sunset is a stunning painting which caught my eye as soon as we walked into the exhibition… and proved impossible to part from! In my previous career navigating ships I watched many sunsets over the sea… and the colours and cloud pattern in this painting remind me of one particularly spectacular sunset that I tried and failed to properly capture on film several years ago. Not one person who has seen it since I brought it home has failed to pause in front of it – and express their liking of it. I’m absolutely thrilled that we took a detour into your exhibition, enroute to get some fish and chips, and found this painting. And I enjoyed meeting you both too!

I saw Vinci’s work on line initially buying a print for my niece. I then commissioned a painting of Porthcothan Bay. When I went to see how it was progressing buying another one of waves breaking on a beach. Both works are of outstanding quality. We’ve just had a lovely holiday near Padstow and having admired Vince’s paintings on the internet, took the opportunity to visit Vince’s studio to see his work in person. We had a lovely chat with Vince and Jane and the paintings were amazing! even better in real life. Visiting the area last Autumn I got my first sight of Vince’s work with an original on display in Padstow. Too late – it was sold. Having purchased a print as “compensation” I have now taken delivery of a lovely original – Afternoon Light Booby’s Bay, What a wonderful piece of work – thank you.

On a rainy day in Padstow, 2019, we visited Vincent’s exhibition and were blown away by the beauty of his work. Fast forward to a lockdown 50th birthday and a wonderful surprise gift from my hubby “Across the Bay, Constantine” brought tears to my eyes. It is just stunning, photos don’t do it justice, the colours are luminous with the sun set rippling on the waves, can imagine how it feels to be there…..perfect now we’re in lockdown and can’t visit. I’m sure we will love this for many years, thank you Vincent, your work is amazing. Gold star to hubby for a wonderful surprise x

Two years ago my partner organised a surprise visit on my 60th Birthday to Vince’s studio to meet him as I’d been admiring his work for some time.
I’m a spare time artist sketching rather than painting but it helps me appreciate the work and achievements of others. Vince is very modest about work that he can be rightly very proud of – hugely talented.
At the time of the visit we were redecorating our living room and were looking for that special picture to fit in with the colours.
The warm welcome from Vince and superb selection of his work made me spoilt for choice.
I bought two of his prints and an original piece all framed to our requirements – they all look superb and I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough.
His work is truly breathtaking and seeing it in the flesh shows that the photos don’t do it justice.

We purchased a painting of Vince’s at one of his first exhibitions in Padstow nearly 3 years ago. It sits amid our collection of seascapes as one of our stand out pieces which we admire and enjoy each day. The way he captures light & movement is second to none & in our view Vince is one of the finest seascape artists of our generation & we are very proud to own it. To top it all Vince & Jane are such thoroughly lovely people even if Vince still seems to underestimate his true talent! We look forward to visiting again as soon as we are allowed!

We met Vince and Jane in their Padstow show. So many great seascapes; difficult to choose! We bought two, although we had to request a commission for one of them, as the one in the show was already sold. Vince kindly agreed to produce another version (the third, apparently). He sent us pics of the painting as it progressed in his studio – interesting to see how it was built up. He even offered us an option for any minor modifications we might want. Vince delivered the final version in person and we are very happy indeed with it. Such good paintings, from such nice people, so you are sure to be satisfied! We’ll be back, I’m sure. Five stars!

The first and only piece of art that I have ever fallen in love with, and at first sight. I am extremely grateful to have walked into Vince’s exhibition as I was perusing the local shops in Padstow. It now has pride of place in my living room.

I came across Vince’s website by accident and immediately loved several of his Cornish seascapes. I just had to get one in particular but it had just been sold. I phoned Vince and he said he could paint another similar one and accommodate any changes I would like so I commissioned it. He was extremely obliging in discussing the changes and sent me photos of them as the painting progressed. The end product is fantastic, a stormy sea, very atmospheric and full of life. I study it every day. I couldn’t resist buying two more of his paintings! All this was done by email and telecons as I live too far away to visit. A big step of faith but I was not disappointed when I received the three paintings!

I walked into one of your exhibitions in Padstow 2 years ago and fell in love with one of your paintings of the rough seas at Treyarnon. I just had to have it. Visiting again later in the year I bought another of your beautiful paintings, this time of the surf at Booby’s Bay. Everyone admires them and it’s so lovely to see them every day and be reminded of our happy times on the wonderful North Cornish coast. Keep painting Vincent, you are such a talented artist!

We had the pleasure of seeing some of Vincent’s work in Padstow . Wonderful art and we made a purchase which was kindly delivered shortly after our visit. Love the work and to top it it really nice genuine people .. we will be back for more .

I bought a beautiful sunset seascape painting by Vincent in January 2021 and it has literally brought us a new horizon in these lockdown times. I had never bought art before, let alone for delivery by courier, but everything went very smoothly and Vincent kept us fully informed. We are looking forward to visiting his studio as soon as we can travel to Cornwall again.
